Pre-spray and Rinse Tank: Truck Mount Forums

We were asked about showing our pre-spray and rinse tank so we did a little video on what we use to help get the results we get. The products we used in the video were specific to this jobs needs. It will change depending upon soil level, stains, and if there is grease, or oet stains.
We personally love truck mount forums products. Thank you Rob Allen and team!

so u fill that pre-spray bucket with water and mix with the powder?

That's correct. Generally halfway. Shake it a bit and then fill it the rest of the way.

im confused on the rinse. 5 gallon bucket. if its 4 scoops for 2.5 gallons of water in the jug and youre filling up a 5 gallon jug then it would be 8 scoops of rince powder and then fill your 5 gallon solution tank up correct

Also your 5 quart in line sprayer do you fill up the rest of the in line sprayer with water to make 5 quarts.

Do you turn your fibre rinse off while spraying the chemical and then turn it back on to clean?

@@blackdiamondcleaningservices The chemicals I use are 4 oz to a gallon, so I was thinking of just pouring the concrete right into the jug, and metering it at 1:32. I'd never have to mix chemicals again. Just swap jugs out. 1 : 32 for detergent and oxidizers, and 1 : 4 for protectors. I spend 20 minutes filling and mixing before each job. Trying boost my efficiency.

I see a guy who says he cleans with probiotics only for most of his jobs. How do you feel about that?

@@blackdiamondcleaningservices I have just purchased some woolsafe pre spray here in the uk and the dilution ratio is 32-1 . I normally use TMF black label at 4-1 400 psi like yourself but was wondering about the accuracy of the metering ? The manual for the evolution sprayer says pressures of between 100 -1000psi? but I’m unsure if the evolution is calibrated for 400psi. Have you used your inline with any liquids at higher dilution ratios and if so what psi did use.

@@blackdiamondcleaningservices Thanks for the reply 👍 I do the same as yourself with the TMF products but my confusion has arisen with the liquid woolsafe pre spray at 32-1 dilution that I mentioned ? I have seen videos on KZfaq that say you can increase or weaken the strength of the hydro force pre spray by adjusting the psi? On the evolution where you can adjust your ratios this does not make any sense. Surely It has to be calibrated at a specific pressure otherwise it will throw the ratios out.? Not a problem when you run 4-1 , but a headache if you find yourself in a similar situation. I will leave it there as I don’t know if there is an answer posted anywhere else , I know , I’ve looked! , but food for thought 💭
