This video shows how the Precast Concrete Compound wall is constructed or installed. The sizes of each panel are 6ft wide and 1ft in height with a thickness of 3 inches. Base pillars are installed first which have grooves for the panels to be inserted. The standard size of installation is 4ft to 6ft, mine is customized to 8ft.
GFRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) is a modern building element devised by the GFRG Building System Australia for mass-scale construction of houses in a very short span of time. A GFRG panel is basically calcined gypsum plaster, reinforced with glass fibres which when filled with reinforced concrete in an appropriate proportion becomes strong enough to act as a load-bearing and shear wall.
