Also sorting is a mess, and education removes the need for this, but a video on methods + workflows for this perhaps?

There's a huge variety of plastics that fall in the #7 category, and all of them are diferent, so they require different disposal methods. Most of them are not recyclable, so they can be used for pyrolisis or Eco Bricks.

7 means "other", so unless you have hard data on what it is (such as Chinese recycling codes that go into more detail also stamped into it), you're kind of screwed as far as recycling goes. In some cases, items marked 7 might even be made of more than one type of plastic, as far as I know.

I have a water bottle that says "#7 PC" which means polycarbonate, but many just say "#7 other" and don't indicate what exactly it is, so you can't know how to recycle it. I have also seen #7 indicate PTFE, ABS, PLA, nylon, and acrylic.

You list a 4x6m workspace, but you're not even allocating space for all 7 plastic types.

They're doing the 3 types that they can recycle easily. #3 vinyl can be hazardous to melt, #4 LDPE probably can't be shredded with the precious plastic shredder, and #7 means other, which includes ABS, PC, PTFE, PLA, and laminates, which aren't very common.
