Precision Matthews lathe 8/2018, Hitachi VFD (loaded with features 3 phase motor, runs on 220V single phase ), outboard spider, 3 and 4 jaw chuck, steady rest, stock tool post, and DRO.
Mechanical and proximity sensors very helpful for threading.

You would need to make a control cabinet with relays, magnetic sensors.

We bought Haas TL1 and we needed to make some room for a Built American Equipmen Cerakote oven, spray booth, Eaton Air Compressor, and sand blasting cabinet. Home based 3 bay garage shop.
