A potion belt would be amazing, and maybe when using a potion belt it will give a potion a little extra cooldown, like t4 will increase cooldown by 10 seconds and a t5 by 8 seconds and so on and so forth.

And You will have high mobility with quarter staff and good damage And with helmet of valor you can purge enemy buffs and enemies cannot go to invis with assasin jacket or undead cape

I don't like the potions mechanic having to open inventory to change mid combat is annoying and really sweaty if they were to add multiple slots for them and sharing cooldown is more appealing than what it is now
