Owned one for 4 seasons had a 75 Honda on the back. Good enough boat but I found it a bit skittish ( might have been just me to light and when coming alongside not as stable as I was used to with my old pilot dory) easy to launch recover and tow. Now have a Bayliner 192. Great boat. Owned now 7 years but family now grown up and moved on. Will probably down size ,thinking of going back to pilot or Wilson flyer ( if you can still get them?). Good by covid let’s hope things get better . Fishing firth of lorn this year.

In line with most demonstrations it's always shown flying along on a nice calm water ,only seen one honest demonstration on a rough day.

A lot of spray kicked up on that spare engine. Not a good scenario for keeping that in good condition. Water should not be allowed to spray up on your main engine hood either. It can find it's way inside. Speaking from experience.

Why did they stop production?

Can't help as it wasn't my boat. I was just provided with the filming opportunity. But most boat manufacturers know what props to put on the outboards they provide. Suzuki may also be able to help. You need to check with them. Phill
