Major trade for Szerlag that causes a great deal of controversy. Says Szerlag may be a vital part of the rotation. Szerlag is at the field but inactive in series one. I've never seen a more Drew Davis thing to happen in my life😂😂

@@spencergeers3975 What else was Drew supposed to do? Sawyer and Drew both were on their podcast to talk about it. Sawyer didn't want to play for them anymore. Not much you can do about it, either get something for him (Szerlag), or get nothing and he chooses to not play.

I mean I don’t know the guy personally, but Drew always struck me as a lazy and selfish player. You could hear it when Kyle mentioned how bad the Cobra defense was in game 1. Direct reference to Drew not covering second on a routine play. Even in the pre-game interview it seems like he’s getting tired of the schtick. I’m also convinced Behen was traded because Drew didn’t want another voice on how to run the team, so he brought in Zerlag to essentially just hang out. Everyone knows Baron is one of the best arms in the state of Michigan, but Drew always wants to be the face of the team.

Since Drew Davis clearly likes being this d-bag mixed with Jackie Moon type who is focused on theatrics and how he looks and what he does on camera, maybe he should consider letting one of the other guys being an “Ed Monix,” another manager who might focus on winning.

When i firsts started watching this league (i think it was 2018) i had to pick a team. After watching all of them i narrowed it down to either the preds or cobras......... Then i chose wrong.

SPOILER As a Cobras fan I wasn’t totally disappointed with our performance today. We got our bats going and if we didn’t already know we now know that Andy is a stud. Just need to figure out pitching and I think we’ll be a pretty solid team.

No idea why Drew keeps betting on himself, it's a BAD BET. Why keep making moves to acquire better arms than him and he DOESN'T use them to potentially lock up a series? Year after year this man confounds me with his decisions as manager. I'm starting to think 2022 was the biggest fluke in MLW history.

For years now he has messed up EVERY SINGLE draft. This off-season was absolutely dismal, he got fleeced in every move he made. The teams sucks. They have no future. Why is he still in charge? SPOILERS: If you forgot why Ryan was back to back MVP, you saw it here. 3 homers, a .300 avg and a sub 1 era. He is truly phenomenal. For the Preds: Obviously Kracht looks great, but the rest of the roster still needs to step up a bit. Warda is getting up there in age and so is Bruss. Fleer looked shaky on the mound, but if he learns to locate, he could be deadly. For the Cobras: They were a huge question mark coming into the year. It was big that they were able to at least take a game from the Preds, but other than that they don't have a whole ton to be happy about. Without Behen, Baronoski will have to carry them on the mound, and they don't have any true superstars. I think this team is looking like they might miss the playoffs this year, but it is early and only time will tell. For Kyle and the crew: Thank you as always for this amazing series and production! Keep up the amazing work

@@hooknlipsAVL it's a good pitch to keep the batter on their toes. If you don't throw it very regularly it can freeze a batter. If it's in the regular rotation of 3-4 pitches than it becomes very easy to see.
