The way this guy dimisses 830K like its lunch money he found under a cushion, and borks at the idea of real estate in his area becoming cheaper like "How much cheaper do you want it?"😱🤯

Considering how jacked up this real estate market is (high and rising interest rates, record low listings and prices supported by low listings) I think now is not the right time. At some point something has to give, there is not a limitless pool of debt for us peasants to compete against each other with 😂.

Amazingly, interest rates seem to have no effect. My real estate agent keeps telling to sell as prices will drop. Same agent is telling my friend to buy now as prices will go up. Funny.

If you want to be taken seriously I wouldn’t put a run of the mill realestate agent trying to sell real estate in his area.

What I find really interesting is that the last video had Tom Panos on outing this particular agent as having lots of mortgagee in possession properties for sale, next thing you know this bloke who was outed is on the same podcast stating that the market is hot. Very fishy...

Haha there's gonna be more than a few more rate hikes . Inflation is gonna be high for way longer than you think. It's gonna be much higher mortgage rates than u think, higher inflation for longer, when recession hits australia, peoples gonna start losing their jobs. There's gonna be people who have to think about having enough money to pay mortgages or buy groceries. I think having enough food to eat prob more important than pay mortgage
