Plus, how I'm dealing with anxiety and fear after loss, and how I am holding onto hope in my current pregnancy with our rainbow baby (baby after a loss).

I had miscarriage at 9 weeks. I had cramps and little bleeding before that. A year later now im 5 weeks pregnant. Im still not celebrating. I think till 12 weeks i wont be able to enjoy. As i have constant fear of loosing. Pray for me guys

@@musicforlife8361 i’m so sorry for your loss 🥺🥺and well i found out there was no i’m heartbeat on october 15th and had everything pass on the 18th. two weeks after i was about to conceive. i heard it’s best to try before 6 months but i don’t really know. i’m still anxious about it and i pray that you can conceive and have a healthy pregnancy i hope so too 💗🥺

@@musicforlife8361 I’m so sorry for your loss 😞💕 We didn’t wait but we also had a much earlier miscarriage at less than 5 weeks so I would check with your doctor maybe...? I think I’ve heard it’s a good idea to wait 1 cycle if you were a little further along but I’m not 100% sure. I wish you the very best in your next pregnancy. I am now 39 weeks pregnant with our rainbow baby so I hope that gives you hope 💛

I’m so sorry you went through that 😔 My heart goes out to you. Hold onto hope. I am 30 and just gave birth to our rainbow baby 1 month ago. So it is possible. Take care of yourself and try to eliminate as much stress as you can. I know, easier said than done. I wish you a healthy pregnancy!

Yes you are going to have plenty of chances in your 30s. Women have healthy babies in their 40s, so 30s is normal.

I am currently pregnant almost 5 weeks , and I’m due for blood work to confirm all is going well. I had a chemical pregnancy back in February and the only diff now than before is that I was still breastfeeding and I can’t deny every time I’ll feed my baby I would feel my uterus/lower abdominal area “working” which I strongly believe it’s what triggered it , of course I also appreciate my body letting go of a non viable pregnancy since no one would want an unhealthy pregnancy. I’m hopeful this time as I’ve already been pregnant for longer than last time 🤞

Can you please make a video about the progesterone. I miscarried at 7 weeks in December. We tried for 14 months to get pregnant so the loss has been very difficult. I have a lot of mid cycle spotting which makes me question if I have a progesterone deficiency, however I talked to the fertility dr about it and he said that there is no evidence that progesterone supplementation helps prevent miscarriage. Because of his response I don’t think I will be getting prescribed progesterone next time I’m pregnant so I’m wondering if you did anything aside from a prescription to augment your progesterone levels?

First of all, I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. 😔 I was not prescribed progesterone but ended up just figuring it out on my own. I had all the symptoms of progesterone deficiency (aka luteal phase defect) so I would not recommend doing what I did unless you also have the symptoms and/or have been tested. I know sometimes doctors just don’t help though so I will share what I did (I also plan to do a full video on it at some point when I have time). But just briefly, there were 3 main things I tried: 1. I took a supplement called Vitex for about 2 weeks. It is a VERY powerful supplement so be careful! I ended up with some painful side effects which subsided shortly after I stopped. I would recommend taking a very low does and increasing only if you don’t see improvements. For me, improvements were easy to see because my issue was that I was spotting between periods, so when that went away I knew I was on track. 2. I tried using progesterone cream (I bought some from Amazon made from yams). I didn’t do this for long because it scared me a bit so I don’t think it really helped, I think the vitex was the main thing that helped. 3. I have no idea if this helped but I started drinking a glass of milk a day. I used to never drink milk before this for years. But because the vitex gave me some bad side effects I was worried in increasing my progesterone levels I had lowered my estrogen levels too much so I thought milk might help since it has a lot of hormones in it. Again, no idea if it helped, and honestly I only did it because of the bad side effects of vitex and wouldn’t have bothered if it weren’t for that. I really hope some of this helps. Again, I don’t necessarily recommend doing what I did, especially without knowing for sure that you do have progesterone deficiency, but I also know how frustrating it is not to be taken seriously by doctors so that’s why I’m sharing 💛 Never give up finding answers! I just gave birth to my sweet rainbow baby 3 weeks ago so there is hope! I know it doesn’t feel like it in the moment of loss so I pray you can find answers and encouragement.

I want to make a video all about what I did differently but I think the most helpful thing was I took a supplement called Vitex for a couple weeks which I believe helped balance my hormones. This won’t work for everyone’s situation though and it is a very powerful supplement which is why I hesitate recommending it. However, I was pretty sure that my issue was low progesterone and vitex helps increase progesterone levels so that is why I took it.

I think this is an important subject, i know my aunt had 5 miscarriages before she got her first child, and still, she's 74 now, talk about this sometimes and feel sad over it, and it must have been 50+ years since it happened, so it runs deep in the soul.

Just last year (this in incredable odds of it ever happen, so many turn of events in ca 1 week) her husband got sick and went to hospital, she went to visit and got a heart attack, two days later her son got hit by lightning (survived), while in hospital they found a super rare form of cancer, and a few days later her husband (my uncle) died from some bacteria he got from hospital staf. All this was pre corona. So first she had to be home for autum 2019 to recover, then corona, so she's been "isolated" for over a year now, luckely she have a large house and a big yard so she can be outside. So now i check in with her a few times per week, and if i go anywhere to shop i always give her a call if she need anything... So i try to do my part... Today first snow (4inches) in mid sweden where i live from +10 degrees C (i think 50F) last night 😟👎

I am currently 5 weeks and 6 days (3months after miscarriage) 🙏 🙏 I thank God for every day that I wake up doing well. Of course there is no day that goes by that I don't think about it happening again but I try to stay positive as much as possible. I hope to complete this pregnancy and hope to have my rainbow baby in my arms soon.
