I wish I got this reaction from my mom. On any of my kids. All she said was I shouldn’t be and later told me I was to dumb to have kids. I was happy and she ruined it. I cut ties with her in 96 didn’t see her again till 2018 at my sisters funeral nothing after. Don’t ever let someone ruin your joy on this and no matter how much you try it doesn’t get better trust me

For us moms that didn’t have kids until we were much older….I’m just praying that we get to experience this one day. I’m 53 and my son is 19, just embarking on college years. I hope I get a surprise grandma present before I’m gone
