In In this video Dr. K. Balakumari explains about exercises during pregnancy like stretching exercises. These stretching can be done when after food too, either at home or in office. This can be done with the help of partner or with the wall support. Semi squatting postures is very important for the people considering normal delivery. Full squatting can also be done. In sitting exercises - forward, backward stretching techniques, lie down exercises should be done according to your convenience. This lie down exercises with help reducing sciatic nerve pain.
In the second half of the video she explain about about the instrumental exercises, like dumbbells, rope exercises for strengthening hand muscle, ball exercises with the help of partner.
