Thank you for acknowledging where this technique comes from. Some people do not recognize its ancestral anahuac heritage. Otherwise people do nothing but cultural appropriation.

Yes! I find this a rare mention. It can cause a risk of bleeding if the shaking is done too vigorously. I had an anterior placenta and so my husband/doula used the rebozo for shake the apple tree & we twisted a two tight knots to form a pressure point on my sacrum, that helped SO much. Thought I should mention!
