When University Cheerleader Captain Ashley Returns to School Pregnant, Coach Williams Fires her off the Cheer Squad. It goes viral on social media, and the College Dean fires the coach within 24 hours. Just because things were done a certain way in the past, doesn’t mean it’s appropriate today.
In this video, Ashley does Cheering on the sidelines of a Basketball game and light cardio during early pregnancy. Per Web MD: "If you were physically active before your pregnancy, you should be able to continue your activity with modifications as necessary." I can't say there weren't any cheerleaders at MY school who were pregnant LOL It's a normal thing. Girls have babies, it's normal. The problem is, though... my school never had the cheerleaders do jumps. It was very rare if they did, and they'd have like one girl do it as a little flare. But on the other hand, our pep rallys were pretty lame... I wouldn't kick her off the team, but at the same time I wouldn't want her doing jumps and stuff either. For the baby's safety, you know? She could still be on the team and cheer tho

You have a point, I mean pregnant woman can work out and stuff but they cant be doing the hard stuff such as cheerleading or lifting weights. All though they cant work out as they usually do, they can work out in such different ways, like walking, or even doing something calm like meditating. You can even go to those classes for pregnant women. They teach you excersises and yoga poses that is safe for the woman and the baby. So try out something like that.

why does this video remind me of a play that my class would put on. they even have one line at a time, there is no one talking over each other- if u notice, some of them wait a few seconds after someone talks to begin talking
