Threatening to fire a pregnant lady is horribly wrong. I guess the boss forgot that as long as a pregnant woman is capable of doing tasks, it's all right for her to work.

Pregnancy discrimination is a violation of the law, including the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and its federal counterpart, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Employees who are discriminated against may be entitled to legal relief, including money damages and reinstatement of their job. This is a great video on the points of law and the life lesson, we are stronger together. Sergey Denga did his usual excellent job of playing the bad guy. He will now have to do three videos as the compassionate authoritarian as penance. Thank you all for an excellent DramatizeMe. It’s crazy when I became pregnant I lost my promotion at work as was discriminated everyday for being pregnant and looking young I was engaged with my ex working 2 jobs to invest in a home and going through all that made me realize many jobs only care about themselves and I put all my effort lost sleep just to meet demands at work and deadlines. I worked both jobs as a manager and I didn’t tell I was pregnant until I was due and it was weird how my belly never showed until I told that I was pregnant. But I was treated like a burden on those two last months I was getting ready to pop.

There are many moments that needed to sort out. Unfortunately contemporary society looks to the problems of pregnant women to say the least indefferently. The boss could have reconciled it in some way and there would have been a peace and understanding. But people always chose tough ways to solve their problems.....like total prohibition or vice versa free of hands in resolving, allowing something.....

its clear this boss was not about to gave his employees maternity and paternity leave and would fired them if they ask him showing he does not care has he does not have a child of his own because he did not want one , some boss are like that in real life its awful.
