This glorious documentary is the dino doc I’ve dreamed of for years. Sometimes I still find it hard to believe that anything this good now exists. Never have dinosaurs, pterosaurs and the other prehistoric life looked so realistic, I’m excited to see what comes next.

The Lion King but awesome 😎 EDIT: Ok, I just have to say that this nearly moved me to tears. This year has been the greatest year to be a dinosaur fan in a very long time. So much content came out this year already. Jurassic World Dominion, Prehistoric Planet, JWE 2, Primal season 2, Prehistoric Kingdom, The Isle on consoles and the year isn't even over yet. What a time to be alive!

The funny thing is, the designers who made these dinosaur models were the same people that made the animal models for the live action jungle book and the lion King(so that’s fitting)

Considering Jon Favreau directed both The Lion King (2019) and Prehistoric Planet, I don't think the similarities were entirely coincidental.

He should have done PP first, Lion King 2019 was sadly awful due to him. He obviously didnt want to do it but forced himself anyway. Glad too see his true talent has shown here.

The problem with the Lion King remake was that the characters looked and felt too much like real animals and not like Disney characters with relatable personalities...where's in this case, the dinosaurs were supposed to feel like real animals, and not like anthropomorphised characters or movie monsters.

So,we'll have t-rexes as lions,deynonichuses as hyenas,troodon as Rafiki,Dimorphodon as Zazu,Pachycephalosaurus as Pumbaa and Compsognatos as Timon. (I know that mentioned dinosaurs didn't live together,after all,this is just a fiction.)

Could you perhaps give some examples? are there any specific tracks that come to your mind? I have listened to a bit of Andean music growing up and I think I can see what you mean; to me, some of it sounds like echoes of a world that is no longer. I would love to hear more music that evokes this sort of feeling. I'm not familiar at all with Native American music; I would appreciate if you could recommend me some.

Uh this song is an Elton John song. Who, while British, based his music on Blues, which is a North American genre of music (albeit with heavy influence from African genres imported in the American Slave Trade).

Truely the real remake of walking with dinosaurs beside some problems mainly having limit segment,most of the large dinosaurs not have coverings on their body’s and a lack of crocodile and freshwater fish but still better then that disgraceful movie
