@@enilee3161 Most definitely, these videos had me ahead of the pack in my real estate class... One of the instructors I had was just flying through everything, getting off topic, with small talk & had majority of the class confused ( So you never know what kind of instructor you'll have).. Luckily these videos had me familiar with the content so I was good, passed on the first attempt... You still will have to study hard, & lock in.. Some people have taken this exam 7-8 times.. So again, lock in... you won't get by with half-effort! Good luck!

I just finished taking a pre-licensing course Monday. I walked out of class feeling like I didn’t learn ANYTHING. He repeated exactly what we read in the textbook😒 & everything felt rushed. Thank GOD I found this video.

I am 20 minutes into this video and know that the class that I am currently enrolled in for real estate is nothing like the knowledge I have retained from your video. I wish I would have enrolled in your class for the pre- lic course. My hope is I can find all of your videos to use as a supplement for my current class. Travis you are a true facilitator that explain the material so that it is understood. Great job. My hope is I will pass the current class but if not I will be signing up for yours.

This class is amazing! My class wasn't like this as we pretty much listen to the instructor read from THE BOOK! There were discussions, but...I would laugh when the instructor would say, "Everyone understands?" after she'd read each chapter! NO! When folks ALREADY IN REAL ESTATE would answer yes, she would assume they spoke for ALL OF US? NOPE! WISH WE HAD ACCESS TO THE HANDOUTS!

This is a GREAT class. I went to a popular school in northeast, ohio and the guy read from the book and the lady talked about her boyfriend that represented drug dealers. Now I'm teaching myself.

Im 36 getting into the real estate field, always have wanted to since about 5 years ago when i started learning about wealth and investing was able to buy my first property 1 acre cheapest outdated house on the block. We renovated lived in it for about 2 years and our neighbor just sold for about 40% more than what we payed for ours with 1/2 acre. Im 36 the company where i work will be closing in 2 years so by then i hope im not too old to be starting in real estate!
