We also recorded pieces for many great composers such as Johann Sebastian Bach, Astor Piazzolla and Isaac Albeniz (Asturias). I can't help but think of all the people from centuries past that would have given anything to see a performance like this just once. I'm so grateful for people like Ms. Vidovic and the technology that brings her talent to my computer.

I saw her live in a small theater in Clifton forge VA last month. It was riveting . She is the absolute best guitarist I’ve ever seen live, and I saw Segovia live in 1970

Err, no it's not. It was for a good while rated a Grade VIII piece on the ABRSM exams i.e. you should be able to play this to even think about applying for a Degree in Music, anywhere.

beautiful phrasing and masterfully played. I know from experience that this piece takes a lot of hand strength especially going into the allegro after the fugue. She does everything so well..

La version de cette pièce remarquable, Prélude, fugue et Allegro que nous propose ici Anna Vidovic est superbe, tant sur le plan technique que musical et de souplesse dans son jeu, (Prélude). La lisibilité polyphonique, notamment dans cette grande fugue qui offre dans sa partie centrale un grand divertissement est stupéfiante de clarté et l'allegro est parfaitement maitrisé. SUPERBE!

Very, very, very graceful in the playing of the extraordinary prelude, a jewel of Bach's. It takes more than talent to sit in front of people and play the thousands of notes of this suite without a hesitation, from memory, it takes courage and when you add heart, you've go art.

That was one of the most amazing pieces, not like my favorite but amazing Each note perfect àmount of time spent on, let ringing is... I don't need to describe what everyone can plainly see, as a guitar player, (not to your caliber; but few are!), I must say, I felt like standing in my room clapping and moved as I was there. And I love how you're not doing a 1920's mime drama with your guitar, cheerz Ana, you're a true artist and inspiration; thank you.

I've been trying to watch a solo recital by Ana for years but they are never in my area. A few years ago, she was going to play about five hours from my house. I purchased two tickets about six months in advance and was looking forward to it. Then everything was canceled due to covid. One day I hope to see her play live.

I tried to play this many many years ago when I had ambitions of being a classical guitarist. A very demanding piece of music. Bach on guitar makes huge demands on the left hand especially. I managed the prelude, and the fugue reasonably well but always struggled with the allegro; left hand fatigue just always set in. This young woman has just played the whole lot almost flawlessly in front of an audience- I counted two dropped notes and a muffled grace note during the whole of the fugue. The rest was about perfect. Tone, attack, phrasing. Absolutely magnificent guitar playing.

Bravo Ana, somehow this work had escaped me. I will try the Prelude which I find very melodic. Years ago we went to a performance of yours in Sarasota, Florida. which we enjoyed immensely. Thank you for bringing this wonderful work to us. (at my age, it will be a challenge, LXXXVI)
