Sri Lanka is Birdwatchers paradise, this video gives glimpse to the birdwatching opportunities in Sri Lanka.
Bird watching in Sri Lanka is fun. Small island nation with proportionately large number of endemic species of birds. Varied habitats ranging from lowland mad-flats to cloud forest of 2000m elevation. Sri Lanka endemic birds are 33 in number and its very high proportion even though Sri Lanka is very close to Indian mainland.

Dear Rahul, This time in Europe it is two in the morning. I watched your video from the beginning. By it, my mind was taken to an aesthetic event. The natural bird's voice is subtly blended with the background drumming. I feel that all those voices are mixed with our Sri Lankan genes. I know your connection and interest in the natural environment and birds. Thank you for presenting this wonderful enjoyment.
