This is a nice recipe and easy to make. Comes out welll. You have shown the process nicely. I make this often with small changes. I fry garlic before grinding so it doesn’t have the raw smell. I also lightly roast the grated coconut. Sometimes I used dry copra instead of fresh coconut. In both cases chutney doesn’t get spoils fast. While tempering adding little hing will make it more fragrant and avoids gas problem. .
