Goldbridge actually started using that name because he was still working for the police when he started YouTubing and had to assume an alias for legal reasons. He couldn't use his real name at that time. The funny thing is, Droopy started this beef because he didn't like one of Goldbridge's opinions about Erling Haaland. He tried to ambush Goldbridge when he was invited on Alan Brazil's morning show on talkSPORT, which Mr Droopy was co-hosting. Droopy also embarrassingly brought up Goldbridge being an alias during that chat for no reason whatsoever. It was a shameful and cringeworthy attack. Now Droopy is holding a grudge because Goldbridge has had a go back at him on his podcast, which he was well within his rights to do.
