At The Parenting Emporium or TPE, they believe strongly in education and support. We definitely enjoyed our day at the TPE as we didn't only learn but also went shopping for essentials! As first time parents, we knew we needed to take up prenatal classes to provide us information about birth, breastfeeding, pregnancy, and the transition into parenthood. These classes would definitely help us in communicating with our doctor and the choices we have for birth. Also, to instill confidence and help us manage expectations when our #LittleSunshine arrives!

Yung eldest baby ko din. since may history ng asthma ang both parents, hindi talaga kami pinayagan gumamit ng lotion, oils, and powder kasi baka ma-trigger ang asthma ni baby. Nobody is really ready to give birth ahaha ilang hypnobirthing videos, birth videos ang pinanuod ko pero iba talaga ang personal birth experience. hahahah God bless po on your delivery and pray always. :)

After feeding don’t put her on bed yet, let the milk go down to the tummy, kasi minsan mag vomit ang baby pag hiniga mo agad. I have 5 kids, a lot of experienced.
