The best book to improve your English in Pakistan is by Enwar Efzal Mufti. You read the book from A to Z, and you will become an English teacher! The best thing in the book is: all the difficult words are translated into Urdu in (brackets), and this is a good technique of the writer. In fact new learners leave books quickly when they have to look up the difficult words in the dictionary! And, once your interest is developed, you will become used to looking up the difficult words in the dictionary without being bored and fed up! After reading this book, look for Wren and Martin’s English grammar once you have read and understood Enwar Efzal Mufti’s book!
