A simple Asian-inspired dish, pieces of chicken that instantly melt in your mouth. What I really like about preparing Asian-style chicken is the marinade where cornstarch is often added and it makes all the difference in the texture of the chicken.
Preparation: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
500 gr. chicken breast
1 or 2 zucchini
1 onion
1 C. tbsp light soy sauce
1 C. tsp. dark soy sauce
1 C. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 C. cornstarch
2 tbsp. tbsp sunflower oil
Salt
Pepper
