There is only a handful of hospitals in the US that would be able to properly handle an Ebola outbreak.

The real challenge of this scenario is the doffing of PPEs after you have handled a confirmed case of ebola or a highly suspected ebola case. One should go out from inside of the room without contaminating the environment outside. A clean blanket should be ready outside ready to wrap the used PPEs. That platform should be utilized as a place for removing all PPEs before stepping out to the clean floor. You can't just remove anything from inside the room and then walk from there to here. It will contaminate the whole area. Always bear in mind that the probable cause of cross infection for ebola is through indirect contact of the infected source. The virus can live 2-3 days outside of an organism.

What is this equiment called? On the CDC website I see it only says PPE

Good thing it was a practice run! The real thing has apparently already made an appearance! I would think, since an pandemic is expected, there would be facilities already in place, so hospitals are not utilized! Look at everything that could be infected, it would take a pin point of a drop, to get on anything, you see on the walls, to spread it out of control! Hospitals are not equipped to deal with anything of this magnetic! You would need containment facilities, with paid staff in place, only operating under the strictest conditions, so the healthcare professionals are well prepared, well practiced, and it has become habit to use all precautions, even though those facilities would be empty until needed, so they are well prepared when the event occurs, they should be doing that now! Hospitals in this event will not be able to cope! How many times do they have practice runs, in a year? Even once a year is not enough to prepare them.

Will you guys deliver the same care and treatment if there are 50 or a 100 patients coming in?

Well, there was a massive ebola outbreak in the Congo from 2018 up until now that the media wasn't covering, incidentally, the Congo will be officially declared ebola free on April of 2020(after weeks of no more new cases). This exercise looks to have been from 2017 though.
