Several folks from Iran who know the family made these comments on a previous site. And the engineer is not an engineer as in civil, structural, electrical etc as we think. He works for the government with a position in the program that supports this nomad way of life. That is what several folks commented. So it is government money he is handing out and not his own. Regardless, its a nice story
