Hi. I think u need to flush the heater coil inside the cabin too by turning the temp all the way to max heating wihile flushing. Not sure ,I am not a mechanic. Believe it's the hot coolant which heats up the heater coil. Good video.

I installed aftermarket intercooler but my car engine temperature reached 130 degrees.. in normal condition its 90 degrees….i see u have stainless steel pipes…but i have silicon pipes… can u let me know what could be the problem

Hi bro, are you from Erode? I have some issue at my Rapid 1.5 TDI. Cooling oil is leaking. I fixed the bottle but stillest somehow leaking. For example, it takes one litre for every 1000 kilometres. That much it leaks. I want to get a solution from people like you. Because if I go to company service centre, they simply change everything. Can I meet you if you are around Salem, Erode or Tirupur?
