Please enable Vsync. Skyrim's physics can't really handle too much fps for some reason.

Hey, thanks for the help! I've managed to fix the problems since recording this video - the problem was that I actually DID have vsync on, but I'm using a 144hz monitor so it was forcing it to be too high! I installed a mod that caps the framerate at 60fps and I have had no problems since :)
