Can we give a pain stimulus while talking to patient while checking verbal response ?? .....or do we have to ask questions with slight touch like you did??

Does a pt has to remain in decerebrate posture to label as m2 or is it enough that the pt has abnormal extension only during pain stimuli.

GCS P is hardly use even though it is updated;we still use GCS in clinical practice
