Sir Companies ke liye insolvency professional appoint hone ke bad process fail krne pe direct NCLAT me ja sakti h But Individuals and Partnership Firms ko DRAT me jane se phle DRT me bhi jana padega Isn't the process lengthy for them?

No sir individuals go directly to DRT and than DRAT, but companies go to NCLT and than NCLAT
