This has been the best video series I’ve watched all Summer! It has been amazing watching all that has gone into this project from day 1. A huge amount of time/effort, that led to nothing less than a monumental accomplishment in the end. It’s been a pleasure watching your amazing skills and professionalism. Looking forward to many more of LD18 projects in the future. Thanks for sharing Chris!

WoW Chris, The amount of effort, detail, planning, Sweat & LABOR, and even the maintenance required for this job was unbelievable. (and I watched every second of video,( and that does not even come close to the time and effort that wasn't on Camera)) You have done other large ponds, and projects, but somehow this one was a cut above. "You are the Pond Guru." and "Operator Extraordinaire" Can't wait to see what is next. 😁

It's kind of a sad day. When you think it's never going to end, and then all of a sudden, you're done. No more big pond project. No more Bealy-Good. No more stumping. Ok, we won't miss that. Lol It really looks good Chris, and you can see the excitement in the owners face to be wrapping up this portion of his projects. As always, another job will done.

There always something that can be done regardless the weather. As one does what one can do it usually leads to the next thing to be done as the weather improves, and that takes planning, and that young man, is what you are good at. You and Bealy Good should collaborate on a "Building a Five Acre Pond in Twenty Minutes." The transformation from the scrub woods you first showed us months ago is just unbelievable. At least THAT fix on the excavator was easy, and relatively cheap since you had the mechanic there for other issues anyway. Looks like you could almost use a middle position for your trailer ramps for those times when you're spreading straw. Project is looking great!

People (aka idiots) trying to tell YOU what's wrong with your excavator. I'm a mechanic with over 35 years experience and I knew the squeal WAS NOT hydraulic. I'm just not a heavy equipment mechanic. But I'll put my maintenance expertise up against anyone on earth. Glad it got sorted. Broken record on Betty. Beautiful but completely unreliable. Man Chris between you and Geoff this is the pinnacle series of videos on your channel thanks in part with help, from Mr Bealy's channel. Absolutely fantastic. You're an earth moving Picasso!! Hopeful you have a back up pond series coming up. What a great great great pond build!!! As Mr Beally, I would've requested a hill. That's right. Right in the middle of everything. Just a big a$$ hill. I mean why not? I'd have had my house pad jacked up at LEAST 10-30 feet. And blah blah blah. Lerd please let me win the lottery. Guess what you're going to be doing? Man!! So awesome!!

Chris, For the Taikeuchi, if you found out what the OHMs should be for a 1/2 tank of DEF, you could temporarily unplug the sensor and install a bypass wire with a resistor. Of course you would need to make sure you didn't run empty (I'm sure that would make the computer pretty mad).

Nice !! Man, I know your glad to be wrapping this one up Chris, It's been a long time coming !! lolol... After a million stumps, and trees burnt up, 1000 plus loads of dirt moved, and a ton of grading, you got it licked Man !! I'm guessing this was your biggest job so far, since you went out on your own ?? And did an awesome job !! I wish you would place a rock on the edge, like you did a few years ago, on that big lake job you and Unk John did, to see just how close you are to perfect on your water level !! If you remember, that one was exactly on it !! lololol... And I believe it's going to be here to, would put money on it, that the water levels are going to be perfect !! Going to say it again, The pride you take in your work is next to none !! I know if I had you doing work for me ,Hell I wouldn't even bother checking, to be honest, because i've seen enough to know, that it's going to be done right or you ain't having it !!! lololol... And that speaks volumes in the Dirt Work Business that your in....Congrats !! On another Job very, very, well done man !! Now, to get all the Machines back up to par, And off too the next Big one !! Great as always Chris !! Have a Great Evening, And, On too the Next !! "Or The Final Video" here.... lololol.... Great Job Man !!

I just heard about the heavy rains and flash flood warnings in Raleigh and surrounding areas. Some counties have received 2-4 inches already with 1-3 more inches expected. Looks like you finished just in time, but I hope the rains don't wash all that grass seed away or more importantly your buildings. If they did hit Beale's farm I suspect the pond will be damn near full.
