Why is she squatting with her feet so narrow? Does that make it easier? I might try that

That's like considerably difficult it puts more emphasis on the quads and glutes and hamstrings are less activated good in bodybuilding context but not optimal for powerlifting

@@w1shvase The perfect stance is different for everybody, if she tries a wider stance she would be weaker, as long as she is doing low bar squat, stance is not that important. What matters is whether we are strong with more hip extension or more knee extension and it depends on the people.

Not to the max, the ipf is drug tested, including out of competition random testing...if she is using anything she is severly limited by dosages and compounds
