Күн бұрынToday I present a catalog of models from 1983. This publication contains many new units that have been put into production this year. There are also models that the company has refreshed giving them, for example, a new painting.

Brings back fond memories. My mother used to work for matchbox (Lesney) in the mid 70's. She (with permission) bring home rejected cars and trucks. Some only had minor problems bubbled paintwork that sort of thing.

1983... Miałem wtedy 17 lat i byłem (już) bardziej zainteresowany prawdziwymi samochodami.😜 Dzisiaj, z odległości 37 lat, wygląda zupełnie inaczej. Są świetne modelki (zwłaszcza "Modele z Yester year" wciąż mnie fascynują) i miło jest to wszystko zobaczyć ponownie. Dzięki za podzielenie się moim drogim Paulem. Ty i twoja rodzina macie miły tydzień i bądźcie zdrowi. Pozdrowienia z Cuxhaven. Paul 😜👍🏼🇵🇱👋🏼🇩🇪👍🏼😜 1983... I was 17 years old at that time and I was (already) more interested in real cars.😜 Today, from a distance of 37 years, things look very different. There are great models (especially the "Models of Yesteryear" still fascinate me) and it is nice to see all this again. Thanks for sharing my dear Paul. As always, thanks so much for this! I didnt realize matchbox had so many models! Wow! Also, loved the music! The USA and Canada share November 11 as Veterans/Rememberence day and me and Dad & Andrews garage are hosting a build to honor Veterans. If you would like to participate upload is Nov 11. Not sure if your country has such a day but we would be humbled and honored if you joined. If not, that is ok and we will always invite you to future builds. Take care my friend and thank you for what you do for the community! You are an inspiration!

I am very happy to take part in this project. In Poland, the veteran's day is May 29, and on November 11 we have Independence Day. I will prepare a draft and post it on KZfaq. That catalogue is in wonderful condition for 37 years old Paul. I know it depends 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 you were a kid but most of these look like bad HotWheels cars to me. The annoying thing though; they 𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑙𝑑 still make fantastic models; that Y23 bus is superb.

What year did Matchbox stop making catalogs?

s far as I know, a few catalogs appeared sporadically in the 90s, and I know 4 from 2000 years. Best wishes
