President Barack Obama spoke at Foellinger Auditorium at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign on September 7, 2018.
Obama’s remarks came as he accepted the Paul H. Douglas Award for Ethics in Government from the University of Illinois System’s Institute of Government and Public Affairs.
University of Illinois System President Tim Killeen and University of Illinois student Amaury Saulsberry welcomed and introduced the president.
