The Existence of Monusco in DRC is Kagame decision? You know that before Kagame reach where he is today as a preferred leader in his country started by sending out all those aids from outside and then now they are coming with respect. Do you Know that he first educated his people that hate is the weapon used to destroy them but if they consider them as country chrildren no matter the look, believe, height then they will put the effort together to build a new Rwanda? Do you Know that no county in Africa can easily think to attack Rwanda? Do you know that even though someone came to rob in your house can't be reach than your house coz he can rob part of wealth but big portion stays in your hands? Then the remaining after Kagame has stolen as you say where are they? What are they building even to stop Kagame stilling again? Real Africans, let me tell you the truth, those guys who criticize Kagame are just those who work with Enemies of Rwanda and you know that no white country want to see Africa change, that why Kadhaffi was dead using his people and Africa in general couldn't stop that rubbish or defend him, That why Sankara was Killed and none tried to support him and defend him, today they are looking for the way to Eliminate Ibrahim Traoré and Goïta, but we as Africans we still have the same practices we had when those great leaders were killed for European benefit. The problem is that Rwandan president has become M23's spokesperson. This is calling for a big concern of the implication of him ,not Rwanda, in that crisis. We Congolese are considering Rwandans as our brothers and sisters. But you president Kagame you are the problem causer. Not Rwanda. So stop smearng Rwanda into this. And for your info it's a portion of Congo that was cut to form Rwanda and Burundi. That why even Rwanda is smaller than one territory of a province in Congo. Time will come when peace will push you on the side of the wall

The Problem seems to be a historical problem. When the colonialists marked the boundaries, same people speaking the same languages and tribes found themselves in two or three different countries. Thefore the Kinyarwanda people Speaking in Congo are not Rwandese, they are Congolese. The same applies to Masai people across the borders of Kenya and Tanzania

This Congo, there are many Bantu Speakin people who can claim a dwelling place in it. And the current Congolese does not know how could that be possible. The Kenyan, The South African, The Namibian, The Rwandan, The Angolan, The Ugandan, Burundi etc, have an ancestral area to dwell in DR Congo. Kagame is right. Besides, there are our families in Congo b4 we dispersed across the current African countries.

Guys if you talk about eastern Congo remember hundreds Tutsi and some Hutus from eastern of Congo stay in refugee comps more than 25 years. And Congo it self remain quite about that so the eastern Congo young have to fight for they right no one will do that for you. Yourself you can use all ways possible to return in your home land. In as much as the president has tried to explain the problem with eastern part of DRC, the fact remains that M23 will never survive without the support given to them by Kigali government. There is evidence to that conclusion, one must not also forget the truth about root cause of the problem, which goes back to the days when the president was in exile in Uganda. So those agreements that was made back then, with the late Pres of DRC Mze Laurent Kabila, Pres Kagame and the Pres Museveni, which will never be made public, is the real cause of the problem we see today. Secondly, there are minerals which are being looted from DRC by various shadow figures, which, many documentaries have proved to be linked to the Kigali regime. So the explanation given by his excellency, is only that he wants us to know, the truth remains hidden.

What is happening in Congo, it’s a plot against Africa. Anytime you hear word like Tutsi, Hutu and genocide, that’s the catch. President Kagame ignores History and He is condamned to repeat it. Pres. Kagame was very clear, blaming M23 is not solving Congo's problem, The Congo government has to be willing to accept help from these neighboring countries, they have been peaceful for a long while so they know how to keep peace, even before what we see today Congo was still not safe, it has always been bleeding. The president of Congo should have meeting with his neighbors otherwise the entire region will become unstable and how does that benefit us as Africans? Rwanda and Uganda are only protecting their boarders from those armed groups. Uganda has Hutus and Tutsi people in the West, and they identify as Ugandans, and they are Ugandans because they were born in Uganda and Uganda is not fighting them by any means. They live peacefully why cant do the same?.

I just admire the kagame style of leadership. He has built Rwanda from a failed state to a successful state. Long live presida kagame. Congos problem can best be solved through negotiations, a millitary operation wont help it . Its expensive, it will have long term negative consequences. Tchisekedi needs to call all this groups to a negotiating table and solve amicably. We have transnational communities like hutu and tutsi they need to be considered too , i find it awkward to invite a brother from the south to come help you kill a brother .we are all africans and africa is our home.

As for me, I understand what K Paul has said on this discussion. And I like when he mek things clear. To my understanding, which will not b accepted by others, I can say that president K Paul shouldn't be blamed or accused of the war happening in DR Congo. For the Congo Government must just seek a solution to this long historical problem. Let him president Tshisekedi of take advice from Paul K on and others like Thabo Mbeki on how they think is the solution to this continuous war. I agree with Kagame and reminded me on President Mbeki Thabo said about the Rwandan people who hev been in Congo area b4 and after it a country of Congo we know today.

U not correct.Ppl who speak ikinyarwanda moved during genocide in 1991.If time have lapse & would like to be citizen of congo,they should respect congo law & not Rwanda laws.Tribes in congo speak the languages named from they tribes.Luba speak tshiluba,swahili speak kiswahili,Bakongo speak kikongo.They never been banyamulenge speak kinyarwanda.If they beleive to be congolese,they need to respect the law of congo
