Mr. President, thanks for reminding our leaders and the general population about accountability, responsibility and citizenry. LEADERS should be held accountable of the their deeds and responsibility to the nation, however it should be passed on to the general population too, because that's where we get these leaders. If they are not responsible as citizens how can they be when they are leaders?. In days of schooling Schools taught civics and It's through this that at a young age we learnt to be held accountable and never to consider ourselves first for issues concerning the general population. Again thanks Mr. President.

1.'Africa is always late ' Yes Mr president these individuals have to catch up with time accountability . Rwanda has been existing for millions of years and have proven less to human development . 2.Skills outsourcing from an international level is also a building block to facilitate Nation building. Especially when the so called home skilled force have no know how even when finances are available to fund National revenue generating projects.

Rwanda has a great leader. Everyone, especially the so called leaders of the people, need to be held accountable for results on a periodic basis!
