I think Obama could have been better, but everything you just said you pulled out of your ass. Unemployment is back to 4.9 %, though still some work to do. Our deficit has significantly decreased. There are millions more with health insurance (a Republican plan by the way, taken from Nixon, Dole, and Romney). We should give him some credit for not escalating the conflict in Syria more than he has (lord only knows what would have happened if it was a Republican in office). He did great on his Iran Nuclear Deal of course. A deal that wasn't even necessary because they aren't a threat to us, but he still made sure they can't have nukes for atleast another decade. He's been a fair President and very center-right

9/11 was years in the planning and was executed less than nine months of Bush being in office. It was Clinton that didn't catch it.

It's not just Obama who's bound to follow Congress, it's every president of the US ever--it's part of the original Constitution and US laws that hasn't changed much since Washington.
