There's actually a real reason for that. Celebrities, most of them, are where they are in life because it was handed to them or they usually were given it overnight. And most are insecure so they have to act like assholes to reassure themselves. In the case of Obama here, and with many Presidents, well, you can't get more famous and more powerful than being the President of the USA so he's comfortable with who he is and doesn't have to pretend to be someone important. All of that mixed into the fact also, he's a politician. It's his job.
