Vladimir Putin, a man who openly kicks the Western world has been sworn in as the President of Russia for the 5th term. The poise, precision and confident oozing from President Putin is admirable. During his inauguration, President Putin swore to protect the interests and security of Russia and its citizens amidst the challenges faced. He said Russia is constantly ready to negotiate but with all parties as equal partners.
