Please remember, - back in "the day" we had huge divisions - but there wasn't MSNBC and FOX. There was less tribalism in media. More of us spoke the same language. Today, we are becoming tribes. Heck, whether we drive a pickup truck or hybrid, use a Mac or PC, eat organic veggies or steaks eat at Panera or McD - - its all part of political tribal identity. I will be within 1-2 generations, political violence amongst us is coming. Look at Sunni vs Shia. Bosnian vs Croat. It's gonna be American one day not too far away.

Carl Bonroy Remember that both Ronald Reagan and George HW Bush carried states that have not gone Republican in any subsequent Presidential elections (such as Connecticut, New Jersey. Illinois, and California). That fact speaks volumes about how our country’s political dynamics and culture have changed over the last thirty years.
@freakyfornash
@freakyfornash 6 жыл бұрын
But at least Trump partially broke that chain with winning long leaning blue states in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin (which hadn't gone red since Reagan up until then), along with a part of Maine too. Now if the Republicans can get states that haven't voted for their party since Bush II ran (which they'd often win before), such as Colorado, New Hampshire (in 2000), New Mexico, Nevada, and Virginia back into their column , they'll be back on easy street when it comes to winning presidential elections like they were in the 70's & 80's once more, save for 76 when Carter won by briefly taking back the deep south for the Crats, which didn't last long.

Bush sacrificed the United States of America and was the first President ever that spoke publicly about the New World Order on 9/11/1991 and exactly 10 years later on 9/11/2001 his own son attacked by the betrayal from within the United States of America and the only one President to be serving under the Constitution of for the American people and he knew that the danger was the Deep State to actually intervened at the overthrow of the re-elected President in favor of another Betrayer to be the worst enemy of America and he has almost broke the Nation by design. On 9/11/2021 the sequence of the 9/11's the trilogy of the betrayers to the extend of being President. Donald John Trump was their biggest fear of disrupting the plan for the realization of the New World Order and the people are by the way how they changed the outcome of the 2020 Elections because they were in great panic to be exposed.

almighty_luigi wrong dumb libtard. He's a fucking genius. I worked for that scumbag Drumpf for 40 years and he was probably one of the most intelligent and smartest human being I have ever met. The man has no redeeming qualities whatsoever other than being a lying manipulative conman, and the sad thing about is just that he's good at it. No, really Drumpf is the single greatest salesman and conman of all time. He's probably the single greatest conman I have ever met. He just just so good at being deceitful and manipulative and he is just so persuasive. He can get anyone to do anything for him no matter how ridiculous it is and that's what makes him a genius. He is good at what he does. The man is just so convincing. It took me a long time to wake up and realized he conned me and that I have been duped. It took me 40 years, and I have finally come to terms with reality, and with that being said, I now know what DonTheCon really is: a liar, a conman, a piece of shit, a scumbag, and an unstable genius. Wake up libtard! Don't become as stupid as the Trumptards. That's not a good thing!

Ronald Reagan was suffering from dementia even before he was elected. Today's Rethuglicans claim St. Ronnie the Magnificent as one of their own, when in reality (something foreign to the Rethuglican party) Reagan was progressive on some issues. He raised taxes, for one thing (look it up), and he touted a universal health-care plan, which unfortunately came to naught.

They're ALL servants of one corporation or another and servants of Wall Street most importantly! But at least Reagan did some good for America. And he also rejuvenated the spirit we used to have! Instead of the "America bad, the rest of the world good" mantra of left wing fanatics. Maybe you're one of them so you won't agree with me. That's fine. But this was when democrats loved their country still as well. Only a FEW left today! I voted for Obama twice by the way, and voted for Trump this year. Hillary was more of a corporate "servant" then Trump whether that reality hurts your feelings or not.

Neither Bush nor Reagan satisfy any of my personal political ideals in any way. But the irony here is that Bush a very well informed leader with experience in the legislative branch of government, diplomacy and military intelligence had to seek the approval of a man who was largely ignorant of the office that he held and the role of government.
