Duale should NEVER come back into the Defense docket. He has been terrible and a very bad reminder for Gen Zs. Why are you both only talking about Oparanya? I'm happy to see more women in positions but we have a big problem. The PSs will stifle the CSs and almost all of them are from one tribe. They are not the face of Kenya.
