I don't think he does the most accurate impression of Trump. But he manage to show us how undeveloped and out of this world the attitude of Trump is in the most funny and accurate possible way. Of all the comedians he does my favourite impression.

Basically, this action officially tells the Senate that the House is in favor of removing the president from office. It also allows the Senate to begin their part of the process. However, Pelosi is withholding the articles for whatever the reason. Until those articles have been submitted, which would mean the House's part in the process is finished, Trump has not been impeached. Sorry, them's the breaks. He has not been impeached, and he's still your president.

This is not true. Impeachment is merely the process that _may_ lead to removal of office. Impeachment is the House agreeing that the President (or whoever they're impeaching) has been naughty and should be removed from office. And even this has only been half-accomplished. The House voted that Trump should be impeached, but the articles (official impeachment documents, including all of the accused's offenses and charges) were not handed to the Senate. Basically, the House did not officially tell the Senate that Trump should be removed from office - they merely agreed that he should be. As far as the US Constitution goes, Trump's status as President is unaffected. Checks and balances was made for a reason. The House is only half of Congress - the Senate is the other half. The House cannot decide things on their own; they need the Senate, too. Not sending the impeachment articles to the Senate is effectively telling them to fuck off - this is the wrong thing to do. It also creates the suspicions, and conspiracy theories. Why did Pelosi withhold the articles? If she wanted Trump gone, she needs the Senate to participate. Maybe she doesn't want Trump gone. Or maybe the impeachment case isn't strong enough. But if the case isn't strong enough, why is it happening in the first place? Did the House act without gathering enough evidence against their accused party? If they did, why? What's really going on within the House? Pelosi withholding the articles is a dangerous decision. If she doesn't have a good reason, all of this can and will backfire.
