It's not up to MagaMike to be the jury. Also how is this a violation of his constitunional rights? the only thing the gag-order does is keep him (and ones he directs to (like Haba and the furious four) from attacking witnesses, jury and court staff, doesn't seem to be in any way relevant to his allegded crimes. Not only is this a poor example of showing faith and respect for our judicial process, this is an active congressman violating a gag order (specifically the mention of judge family members) in support of a defendant in a criminal trial, cloaking himself with a blanket of first amendment rights as a private citizen. Yet he threatens another (a previously done and failed) public hearing on the case in committee, while speaking his personal opinion as a citizen/congressman/which is it? Can he be censured for this reckless crapping on the separation of powers? Same accountability implied for the other MAGA clowns who spoke there today. Or are these clowns shining examples of how to abuse power?

This is an all-time low by a Speaker of the House, trying to influence the outcome of the criminal trial of a member of his party that is going to a jury soon. Further, as a Louisiana Congressman, he has no business in New York. He has a duty to his office in DC and one to his constituents in Louisiana. This grandstanding over the ongoing criminal trial of a man who has also been arrested in 3 other jurisdictions and is free on bail awaiting trial in all of them serves no purpose of his oath of office.
