The suspects relatives, who had no connection to the crimes and were caught up in the tragedy, were harassed for hours by a fellow officer and friend who should never have been allowed to stay on scene let alone near the relatives. Not only that, but the kind, sweet, elderly couple who are the head of the household, two God fearing Christians who support their community and Champion Forest Baptist Church, Yelled to the officers at the beginning of the shooting that there were children in the house that was behind the related shooter. The officers completely disregarded the safety of not only bystander civilians but children and fired at and past the relative. Hitting the house and putting the lives of innocent children, and elderly at risk. The officers of Constable Mark Herman’s Department disgraced the badge and their community. The primary officer who harassed the family, laid hands on the family members without reason or cause, verbally slandered them all, showing aggression and hostility towards kind and friendly people who did nothing wrong. Not only that but the whole neighborhood of slanderous, busy bodies, spent the whole time after the suspect had been detained, at the behest of his grandmother telling him to stop God Bless her for and thank God as through her he stopped it from getting worse, these so called good people of the neighborhood did nothing but tell lies and slander to the officers about the family for hours. The neighborhood being part of an HOA and never liking the family for one reason or another. Dispicable and every single neighbor should be ashamed.
