2 tbsp French Beans (chopped)
2 tbsp Peas
2 tbsp Green Capsicum (diced)
2 tbsp Carrot (diced)
2 tbsp Paneer (cubes)
Salt (as required)
1 cup Whipped Curd
2 cups Basmati Rice (soaked)
3 cups Water
1 tbsp Ghee
Coriander Leaves & Green Chilli (for garnish)

I think there's an error about the water quantity..or I m not able to figure For every cup..1.5 cups water So how much would it be Sorry for pointing out..but want to be sure as that's the key along with how many whistles So should we add 3

Most of us in the united states use multi-cookers (Instant Pot or similar) rather than straight up pressure cookers. So 3 whistles doesn't mean anything. Can you tell us how long to pressure cook for a multi-cooker, and if high or low setting??
