@@nicoach1817 because the theme is Immortal Journey. It is based on Chinese mythology. There are stories where animals by doing meditations for thousands of years could turn their body into human shape then become immortals. In these stories, some animals could become half human shape when their practice were not complete, or when they were complete and they have complete control of their body. Some immortals in myth are using half-human shape or back to animal shape when in fighting mode. So making Nami could change between full human shape and mermaid shape is consistent with the myth.

bro think skinspotlight made this skin 💀💀💀 also nami walking on her feet literally broke her visual clarity and its one of the rule for riot to make skins, there's a lot of skins having this problem such as storm dragon lee sin having glowing hand mistaken for ezreal's gauntlet, if nami walking on her feet there's a plenty of chance player mistaken her with soraka
