This video by students Thomas Mawson and Desi Gallagher won the 2nd Annual Preston City Council 'Social Issues in the Media' competition in conjunction with the University of Central Lancashire.
It aims to encourage people to use the Food Ratings scheme to check out premises before deciding where to eat out. In turn this should drive up standards in food outlets.
