23:52 I used to eat almost every day at this restaurant way back 15 years ago. Amazed that it is still operating. Their buttered Chicken and pansit paluto is a must try. I used to live in that green fenced area beside the backhoe. There was an Old house, barbershop and Florida bus office ( pink gate ) in that location

Yang Gastambide, Morayta, Lepanto, España, way back in our days in the 70' s puro naka Ambel ( Bell bottoms) at long hair mga kelots. Pero ang gaganda ng mga chikas. Talamak ang chonggi sa bandang MV delos Santos. Pero mas konti adik noon, kesa ngayon. Halos walang pagbabago ang UBelt, maliban sa mga fastfoods at mga condo buildings.

Nice spot talga dito. Twice a week ako nandito dati for board review. Sana ma-upgrade yung camera o phone mo boss, mas malinaw yung 4k nung isang channel.

Nung nag bakasyon ako nung January sobrang init na sa manila at ang dami ng motor kahit saan may motor at parang lalong dumami yung tao tapos maingay at busy. Pero nung umuwi ako ng probinsya sa Aklan sobrang peaceful at fresh ng hangin makakatulog ka sa gabi ng walang ac. chill lang mga tao at kahit saan madaming fruits and vegetables na pwede ka kumuha. Bumili nga ako ng lupa at mag pagawa ako native style house.
