Yes, it was the first 'piece' I recorded, I got the XL+ as a birthday present, and then I added the Kaossilator as a Present to myself :) going through my vids it 's almost with each new track a new piece of equipment is added ;) thanks for stopping by mate.

bestrickie2 Your asking the wrong person about midi & clocks, I have no idea, hardly ever use it, my Volca's are synced then I may use a midi or two somewhere with my volca chain but I have no idea how that works, it's all wizzards and potions to me :) try out our forum iKorg plus, I'll invite you, you can ask the question there :)

+Leandro Cornaglia Hi Leandro, the Korg XL 'audio out' to 'audio in' on the Korg Kaossilator and then then audio out from the kaossilator to your mixer or other recording source

Manuel Vergara Barbosa kaossilator provides the drums

Kaos Pro. You can get really expressive with drums on that pad too. I love using the Kaos pro for drum loops.

Its a very different sounding machine, where as the original microkorg was mainly aimed at the dance scene with many of it's sounds covering that genre, the microkorg XL/+ has a broader sound pallet, the vocoder is now 16 band instead of 8 band in the Mk1, The XL/+ also comes with free online editing programme [downloadable from Korg] this gives you the tools to edit sounds via your pc, also instant access to hundreds of more sound patches.

I have the old xL and i think if i were to upgrade any time soon id get something other than an xl+ :/ Im looking into a Jupiter 6 actually.
