Mrs Slaw takes part in the Cancer Research UK, Race for Life, Pretty Muddy 2021 on Saturday 16 October in the 12 noon run In Heaton Park In Manchester.
It might be muddy, but it’s certainly not pretty!
Mrs Slaw gets absolutely soaking wet 🌊 as she navigates the 5K obstacle course.
Water troughs, scramble nets, inflatables, space hoppers, and lots of beastings from soldiers 😱
Well worth the effort though. The team raised over £1000 for cancer research In memory of a dear friend and colleague who was cruelly taken too soon 💔
Edit - you can please some of the people sometimes, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.
We know will never be everyone’s cup of tea, but our troll has exposed themselves for the lowlife that they are. A thumbs down for raising money for cancer charity? Really? Words fail me………

Mrs Slaw bless you for doing this, having had Breast Cancer and also got Brca2 everything that folk do to help get people cured from this awfull disease is so amazing, i never thought i would ever have to go through this but i did, and it still haunts me today, i am in remission at the moment, so a HUGE thankyou from me for doing your challenge, oh it looked very muddy indeed, xxx
