I was hoping the optional boss was like a Cameo fight in Tales of. I adore it when RPGs do that sorta optional bosses like how Digital Devil Saga had the Demifiend.

As someone reading the manga (waiting for 5 to come in mail of eternal.) glad you stopped with future encounter because I was going to say “well spoiled myself my fault.” But mostly safe besides another usagi I might forget about

I'm sorry but whenever a battle's about to start I can't keep a straight face because I'm reminded of the Looney Tunes episode "A Star is Bored" where Daffy tries to become a movie star by playing Bugs' stunt double and at the end of each scene Daffy shouts, "MAKEUP!" Probably my second favourite Daffy Duck cartoon episode from the 50s.

I mean, even without Grind-B-Gone, the enemies in the final stretches give decent Exp. when you can survive them. Which is good and makes the last stretch of grinding less tedious than the North Pole one. Although if you’re going for the best ending, you technically only REALLY need to grind Usagi, Setsuna, Ami, and whoever else you bring in to endgame levels. The others, you get a bit more leeway…

With Pluto/Saturn in the party you can use Time Stop ON EVERYTHING both bosses and normal battles while having Sailor Saturn easily 1 shot the normal enemies.

@@veghesther3204 I mean, Ami’s the only reason I got the best ending, so I like the insurance. I personally have Rei with how hard she hits. I believe I actually had either Makoto for a similar reason or Mina for attack buff…

As much of a Moonie I am, I have to say that this game is trying too hard to be FF6. It's good that Johnny isn't in this commentary; he would have roasted this game into a crisp.

Its more like Chrono Trigger the FF6 due to having 2x and 3x combo's but due to having 5 party members its possible to have a 4x combo as well as one that uses all 5 in the case of Sailor Planet attack it only works if the Original 5 Sailor Moon Mercury Mars Jupiter and Venus are all in the party. But unlike Chrono trigger the Combo attacks don't use up all your turns so with the original 5 Sailor Scouts in the party its possible to use Sailor Planet attack 5 times in 1 turn IF you have enough MP to actually use it that many times.

Dragon quest is not a hard rpg at all I will give you that 3 green dragon ambush where they all do fire breath at the cave to Rome in dragon quest 2 is bullshit.

That and EVERYYTHING in the Cave to Rhone uses AOE Instant death spells which even at lv 99 will screw you over IF it connects.
